The Decanter Dinner Series – Black Truffle Menu
The Decanter Series presents a spectacular Black Truffle menu curated exclusively for Decanter and available for the first time. The 6-course menu weaves a journey of discovery from Boston Lobster and Black Truffle with Braised Leeks and Truffle Bearnaise, to 63°C Egg and Black Truffle with Celeriac Purée and seasonal Mushrooms, Charcoal Grilled Beef Tenderloin with Black Truffle, Spinach and Peas Tart. Pausing for a moment, refresh your palate with a Kaffir Lemon Sorbet with Hazelnut Mousse, Praline and Black Truffle ending with a Mascarpone Cream and Black Truffle Mille-feuille, smoked Milk Ice Cream and Truffle Sabayon.
